1. Wisconsin Best Poetry or Short poem writer must be at least 14 years of age within 1 year of Best Short Poem submission date;
2. Wisconsin applicant must register his/her name and email address with Best Poetry Network.;
3. Topic for Best Poem artist to submit Wisconsin produces more milk than any other state.
4. Wisconsin Best Poet artist or applicant need not be a resident of Wisconsin at time of application;
5. Wisconsin Best Poem artist must post at least 2 written short poems for Best Poetry Network to review. Length of Poem must not exceed 100 characters.
