Amanda Gorman broke this breach by naively selecting a qualified and capable person of Dutch heritage. Marieke Lucas Rijneveld.
Black female hell broke lose thereafter. Black women critics demanded a Black female translator just like they have made demands upon U.S. politicians, and law enforcement groups over fallen Breonna Taylor regardless of the facts and the law.

Documentation of the POETRY FOUNDATION trademark applicaion can be located under US Serial Number: 88852461.
What is unusual about the POETRY FOUNDATION trademark application is its lack of details, generic use, and apparent attempt to pre-empt use of POETRY COUNDATION by its competitors. Thrir attorney, ARIC S. JACkOVER, claims that the Poetry Foundation seeks to obtain a trademark advantage for the service mark regardless of character styling of words, and without claim to any particular font style, size, or color, or combination thereof. Outrageous!
The Poetry Foundation failed, refused, and did not notify in advance the Best Poetry Network of its plans or objectives regarding the use and intent of the POETRY FOUNDATION service mark
