Best Poetry Connecticut: Connecticut Poetry contests are for all writers, poets, and authors who can write a 100 word paragraph about their favorite scene(s) in Connecticut Open to everyone.

Connecticut Best Poetry contests are for any poet, writer, or student who takes the time to learn something interesting about the great state of Connecticut

Registration is free, but there may be a minimal reading fee for some contests dependent upon the Poetry writing sponsor or contest rules.

How to submit Best Poems for Connecticut

*General eligibility requirements for Connecticut Best Short Poems. Connecticut Lessons in Life in Poetry

1. Short poem writer must be at least 14 years of age within 1 year of Best Short Poem submission date;
2. Applicant must register his/her name and email address with Best Poetry Network.;
3. Topic for Best Poem artist to submit Cattle branding in the United States began in Connecticut when farmers were required by law to mark all of their pigs.
4. Best Poem artist need not be a resident of Connecticut at time of application;
5. Best Poem artist must post at least 2 written short poems for Best Poetry Network to review. Length of Poem must not exceed 100 characters.
